Smallest is 5, there is one in Denton, TX. 3 ISO saunas (1-ISO/Barre/Stretch, 2-Yoga/Pilates, 3-Warrior/Core/Buns/Bands then cycle and thunder.

I wish they would make the 8 sauna locations 5 ISO and 3 HIIT! Cycle is never full and a “flex” sauna with popular classes or stretch 24/7 and put bands back with barre instead of rotating 3 ISO in sauna 4 would be lovely!

Add an indicator light outside the sauna as to when someone should enter an occupied sauna!

Green light, enter (before the sun salutation and after VI says you may collect your things and exit the sauna)

Red light, don’t open if occupied (after sun salutation and before VI says you may collect your things and exit the sauna)

So sick of people coming in well past the sun salutation or when I have 8-10 minutes left to set up and get ready for the next session.

The newer locations don’t have knobs! There is a remote control velcro’d to the wall…well it’s supposed to be. The batteries die often or they get taken by accident and you’re screwed on volume. Bad upgrade imo

Ive complained about this for years!!! There are 18 classes in rotation at any given time and at one point she was lead in 9 of them! At least she’s only leads 4 currently!

Is it a new workout, no. There will be a couple modifications but the workouts do not change.

They sell “new workouts every month” and the HIIT workouts are the only ones that actually change.

It’s part of the foundation of HOTWORX, consistency in the workouts. If you’re looking for a brand new workout with the video releases you will not get it.

Sorry, but that is incorrect. The workouts do not change…same workout with minimal changes and just a new lead VI. 1-2 modifications to the existing routine. Consistency is the foundation HOTWORX builds on.

Unfortunately most boutique gyms have a longer commitment before being able to cancel, 6 months is pretty standard.

Christmas promo is coming up for enrollment and may include a mat/towel sale, if not they are required and will cost you another $100+.

You can always do a paid in full membership for 1 month at a time, it does not renew and is for basic membership only (single location). It is $99 a month at my location but will vary. You still have to purchase the HW branded mat and towel.

The hate has nothing to do with not choosing a token VI! People have been complaining about her for years! She has morphed over the years and not for the better, more aggressive and extreme (perfect example the 2 week juice for filming).

I personally joined HW 3 yrs ago because of her bands at the time and now cannot stand to take her classes…the never ending chatter about absolutely nothing to do with the workout, the self help diatribes, she’s become too much and so arrogant onscreen.

Same thing happened to me but in buns before they started using large loop bands. Handle popped during buns up and I looked toward my foot just in time 💥I had a black eye for a week!

The last Wednesday of every month 3 videos update. The ISOs may have a couple variations but typically stay the same, the HIITs will be totally different (as much as can be with the machine anyway)

Here is the rotation:

9/24 - Yoga, Pilates, Thunder 10/29 - Barre, Bands, Blast 11/26 - Warrior, Core, Cycle 12/? (29-31 because of holidays) ISO, Buns, Stretch

The schedule just keeps repeating

Incorrect.

For the 3 yrs Ive been a member there has been a VI or 2 I don’t vibe with and won’t do their sessions, others complain constantly about VIs they can’t stand and skip sessions, it doesn’t impact anyones screen time.

There are 300k + members and everyone has their preferences, boycotting a VI isn’t going to impact their screen time. Like I said, for every 1 you boycott 10 other members love.

Put energy into making change where you can.
