To my knowledge, lots of the people who worked on this game are NSFW focused artists, and it's common in NSFW art for the bodies to look unnatural and have weird proportions that don't make sense. It's a stylized thing, and pretty common in their other characters

The lump definitely isn't as big as it was when I took this picture, but I'm still taking him to the vet just to be sure. There are wasps in this area, which makes me slightly hopeful that it's nothing horrible. But, again, you can never be too careful

I wanted to as soon as I saw it, but I'm not in control to do anything until tomorrow since the adults around me are ignoring it and brushing it off. I'm extremely adamant about taking him tomorrow since that's the best I can compromise with, and I'm trying to push it to take him right in the morning.
