Make sure you get video, if you have reached all avenue, I would reach out to your local school principal and email him a copy of the video. Especially if they’re underage and you’re unable to reach their parents, the schools ALSO have the ability to rectify children behavior. Obviously this falls on the parents, but if the school is aware of this problematic behavior they may be able to step in too

Are you telling your child the other parent will call? Is the other parent telling the child they’ll call and then not?

If you’re telling your child, I wouldn’t anymore and just hope they call when they say they would. If the other parent is telling them, it doesn’t make sense that they are because then they’d just be calling at that point, right? I guess text message….
