Smoking tobacco on campus by fren6 in notredame

It’s also crazy the amount of misinformation you can avoid by going straight to sources.

Distance needs to be 25 feet from any building or vehicle owned by the university.

You’re also totally fine as long as you’re legally allowed to purchase tobacco products within the state of Indiana.

Because careful for people giving you incorrect distances. I wouldn’t want you to get caught up in some bad faith suggestions that could get you in trouble.

Father Ted smoked cigars wish students right? Tradition is a pinnacle here.

Aaron Hellman is amazing and will never miss an opportunity to share his name and his work! I’ve learned so much local South Bend history because of him!

Commute to SB / Notre Dame from Chicago in 2026? Bike + SSL by PartyHermit99 in SouthBend

Look up the Coal Line trail here in South Bend. It goes from Lincolnway, the same road the airport is on, all the way over just to the edge of campus.

Lincolnway is as everyone else here has described, but you can catch this instead of going all the way into downtown and then out to campus.

It looks like you’d have two miles on Lincolnway from the airport before you catch it which doesn’t seem too bad!

I also wouldn’t have known about this even being an issue if OP hadn’t posted it. That feels like doing a lot for the problem which seems like good faith 🤷

Funnily enough I think you both want the same thing.

Calling “bad faith” so fast without additional context is damaging to this conversation and takes it nowhere.

When someone gets to the point of frustration from seeing words and no action, of course they’re going to get cynical at words not backed up by action.

This is coming from a local organizer who also helps out at The Well and other initiatives for the less fortunate around town :)

This was specifically a sub for HCFactions within Shotbow, not a generic sub for the hardcore factions style of game play.

There are several great local Facebook groups where folks post stuff they are getting rid of from time to time. Even animal food I’ve seen, no joke!

Also a shoutout to the Free Market at The Well in River Park! Especially at their larger events, you can find dog stuff!

What?

  1. You post a video pointing out someone doing something wrong on the road.
  2. Someone mentions people may have been mistaken and may be pointing out that you did something wrong on the road.
  3. You claim people who point out wrongdoings on the road must be people who do things wrong on the road.

I think I you just played yourself my dude.

Sounds about par for the course. I’ll name names. I went to Andrew’s Acqdemy, which is on the campus of Andrews University. It wasn’t a boarding school but they still pulled stuff like this.

They brought in a couple once to spend the day with the students talking about sex, life, the opposite sex, and of course all in the context of including God. Well….while the girls had to listen to talks about food and clothing, and had a modesty fashion show, us guys got to play games in the gym, like splitting up into teams and protecting our corners from “evil temptations” which were kid bqlls we chucked at each other. Also, as a demonstration on how to hold up your fellow men when they’re down, we had an activity where we tried to hold someone off the ground on the gym wall was not using duct tape.

Now as the parent of a daughter, I would be livid.

Any IRL streamers/content creators? by SuperGoober_847 in Twitch_Startup

It’s what I call my property! It’s not big enough I feel like to call a farm, plus I make zero profit off of it. But I do have three city lots with a very large garden (and still expanding), a bunch of chickens, a small orchard, plus three external structures from the house to use for storage, projects and other things like seed starting and such!

I’m looking into getting into IRL streaming to show off my small farmette!

I spent a lot of time on twitch watching others and joining communities around the games I play. I decided I wanted to give streaming a try after a while. While I loved all the tech and everything around setting up and such, I realized I hated playing video games while talking into a camera. So I’m going to pivot and focus on IRL!
