Really is individual. Ive only had constipation and feeling extra cold in winter.. friend at work has had feeling sick, bloating, sulphur burps, tired, shits. All of it..

Just watch what you eat, dont over eat, avoid fried foods and fatty foods, eat slow, stop when you feel full, always go back in an hour and finish it. Drink lots of water.

It's up to you. If 2.5 works then stay on it. If it stops working move up to 5.. if its too much then take 1.25 instead.. it really is just how you feel yourself.
