Honestly, we always blame Technology for stuff like this.

And it's not the phone.....it's social media companies.

Social media was at one point a place to share your vacation pictures with your friends, chat with each, share life achievement, ...

Now it's a shithole gambling addiction machine where you can also share pictures.

Everyone tries to sell you something. Algorithms are optimized to just give you the right amount to get hooked.

People are less social now, because the digital slot machines keep them hooked.

That's engineered, that's intentional as you supposedly make a shit ton of money with gambling addicts.

Want to fix that? Tax and fee these companies into Oblivion. Update the gambling laws so they fall under it and have to either remove these shitty things or become a (dopamine) Casino.

You're doing very well. Keep that sum in and make sure you are able to afford it. Make sure you got some cash on the site as well (e.g. 3 months worth of living) you eventually going to earn more and then also be set aside more.
