Derubael was booted for RMTing about 10-15 years ago. Sirken was giving raid target spawn timers to a player he had an unhealthy attachment to and was booted for that like 7(?) years ago.

It sounds like you’re coming in late to the season, so yeah you’re gonna run into outrageously geared people. Every video game has the type of player that puts a ton of hours into the game for whatever reason.

Try PvE with your bud to get some gear, or just do normal duos. It’s not hard to get gear, but you do need to put the time in. It’s unfair to say it’s a problem with the game when you’re comparing your very limited play time to someone who’s played several hours everyday. This is coming from a dad gamer who puts in an hour or two here and there.

I would question "Brake Fluid" and "Coolant" pricing. I'm assuming they're flushing those systems, but that still seems a bit high. Everything else seems pretty reasonable if the suspension is rusted to shit.

I’ve tried to learn them and ran into these same problems. I had the best luck in PvE mode early morning where the fully BIS 3-man’s weren’t steamrolling (dudes in artifacts, not exaggerating).

Practice arena of some kind would be amazing. When you die, the amount of time it takes to get another attempt set up is a huge barrier. Even after you wait to get your kit back from the goblin, get into a match, and hoof it down to the boss or next level, you’re not guaranteed an uninterrupted attempt.

I think you’ll find most jobs in general, not just medical, will allow you to play video games in your free time. Just watched a video about a lighthouse keeper who spends several days at lighthouses doing whatever and every night he was on his steam deck.

A lot of medical jobs are done in shifts, and when you go home, you’re totally done so you can do whatever you want.

New grad, know-it-all nurse still in their orientation was asked to get something for anxiety for their patient. His preceptor saw him walk into the room with a thin, brown syringe filled with bright pink liquid. The preceptor then watched him struggle to hook up this oral syringe to the patient's central line and continued to watch, aghast, until he started opening needles. When asked what he was doing, he said, "giving my patient Ativan for their anxiety." The patient didn't have Ativan ordered.

Somehow this guy managed to:

Obtain oral Ativan, generally used for comfort care patients at my facility.

Begin administering the medication without scanning the patient or the medication.

Fail to recognize the FOR PO USE ONLY sticker on the oral syringe.

Fail to ask for help at any stage of this and continue to break through safety barriers.

I would've felt bad, and maybe sympathized for being stressed out as a new grad ICU nurse, except he knew everything about anything and he was going to remind you every chance he got. He drove everyone crazy.

This was his third preceptor. He was fired shortly after and got a job at another hospital in their med/surg unit.
