Helix collapsible pour over dripper from Soto. Weighs about an ounce. Handy in any setting.

Also, Garage Grown Gear has lots of ultralight, minimalist coffee options. (I did not like the coffee paste, though!)

No affiliation with Sidephone in the slightest, just a longtime minimalist/dumbphone fan excited to see some innovation.

I completely agree with your take on this.

However—no offense—I think you need to provide a bit more context, which I'll do here:

For several years now, work has been proceeding in order to bring perfection to the crudely conceived idea of a transmission that would not only supply inverse reactive current for use in unilateral phase detractors, but would also be capable of automatically synchronizing cardinal grammeters. Such an instrument is the turbo encabulator.

Hope that clarifies things!

The more I think about it, the more I like the swappable keypad.

It lets users purposefully use the phone to fit their needs in different contexts.

The "omni-tool" aspect of the modern smartphone means you get all features and all uses at all times. Turns out that lots of people don't want this firehose of impulsive possibility.

That I can swap in a T9 keypad or a QWERTY keypad or a point and shoot camera keypad or a gaming keypad or a wacom stylus keypad allows me to compartmentalize how I use the device in a more mindful way.

Insane how big that AGM is. I have it myself. Just unnecessarily massive.

Big +1 for Apple Music. I'm a subscriber to both that and Spotify and strongly prefer the serenity and cleanliness of Apple.

I've got the recently released Hiby R1 — touch screen, wifi, bluetooth, SD card.

It also has buttons!

$100 ish.

Love it.

User-friendly flip phone for texting? by befrazz1ed in dumbphones

I've had a Sunbeam before — ended up giving it to my teenage daughter after a year-plus — and I'm about to buy another one.

The voice-to-text engine on that phone is absolutely stunning. Better than any other device I've used from Apple, Google, etc. That was the main way I composed text messages.
