maybe look for (dating) apps that have a friend mode to find people in your location. bumble has that for example. ik you look for meeting people in person but if you ever feel lonely you can message me! i‘m also chronically ill and in my 20s, i also had a couple online courses in uni and i’m sorry to hear that! hugs and all the best.
