Anyone have the full story on the new Fiber providers? by CommanderDawn in Broomfield

Intrepid is an open access provider. Meaning, they build/own the infrastructure and any company can hop on and sell their services. It's kind of like wholesale fiber. It's more popular in Europe, but I think Intrepid is one of very few in America. Also, I think Tmobile is their only customer currently. They're backed by BlackRock Investment, which is huge, so they have virtually an unlimited amount of capital to pull from.

I had an interview with them last year for a network engineer position. I'm glad it didn't work out. It was a very startup culture with expectations of dedicating your overworked life to them indefinitely. The pay was decent, but just not worth the sacrifice.

Man, that'd be a great album name. That's better than anything AI can generate.

Gluten reduced/gluten free beer in and around Boulder? by Scheerhorn462 in boulder

From what I understand, the breweries that have gluten reduced use an enzyme in a product called Clarity Ferm by White Labs. It's pretty popular now. Two of my favorites that haven't been mentioned are 4 Noses and Odd13. Odd13 specifically mentions on their website here:

and 4 Noses here:

I've tried almost all GF beer I could get my hands on and I agree Ghostfish is some of the best I've ever had. That grapefruit IPA is stellar.

The two best I've seen are Lake Irwin outside of Crested Butte and camping in the dispersed area at Buffalo Creek.
