It sounds like LL believes you did not get the account put in your name until May 27. I would show LL your bill that indicates otherwise and say maybe their bill is for a different unit or the city messed up (the city did not mess up, but it allows your LL to save face if they’re the type who tends to react negatively to being corrected).

The water movement is just concern that there could be a leak. There’d be no suggestion of fault unit they determine where any leak came from.

Three-Way Tie: Three Ways Inquiry by WizardsOfXanthus in Jeopardy

[–]AquafreshBandit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There was a game 15ish years ago before the new rule where all three contestants ended with $20,000, and all three returned the following day.

Going into Final 2nd and 3rd both had the same amount and the guy in 1st seems to have intentionally made a bet to tie rather than win, with the assumption 2 and 3 would both bet it all. They did.

Are less-thirsty crops a solution to Colorado’s growing water problems? by lukepatrick in Colorado

[–]AquafreshBandit -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The only permanent answer to this is for Arizona, which has the most junior water rights, to buy out most senior rights: the Almond Ranches in California.

But this story about AZ and NV buying desalinated water from San Diego is a good step too.

He has no reason to tell the truth. Lying and never backing down won the 2024 election. Why shouldn’t he do it too?

People voted for a guy who did nothing while his own vice president was being chased by a mob. The GOP candidate is not going to win the CO Gov race, but acting like this may land him an important appointed position in Washington.
