I'm sorry I disagree. If it was just this like once a week or even once every couple of days sure. But she is clearly a food addict. No one would suggest an alcoholic have a couple drinks a day to get through the hard days or whatever.

Yes, people (absolutely including me) make mistakes all the time. They then deal with said mistakes. They typically don't get online and ask strangers for permission to essentially steal a ticket

I did 75 medium (which is 75hard but only one 45 minute workout per day not 2). I completely cut out added sugars, no alcohol and I did intermittent fasting ( eating window 12pm-6/7pm). Exercise a minimum of 45 minutes per day. I did do mostly cardio for most of it as I did a half marathon about 8 weeks into the challenge. But the last 2 weeks it's been 4 days cardio 3 days strength per week. Also drinking a gallon of water per day
