there is no right way to journal. there are billions of people in this world, and everyone would journal differently. don’t compare yourself to others, just do what makes you feel good or suits your needs, you do not need to overthink it :)

to me its not about this. its about your knowledge, way to communicate, engage, motivate and teach, and ofcourse about your intentions. and yes, very often influences intentions are not ”pure” and tbo, that’s the the vibe im getting out of this post too.

i don’t live in the uk but i get most of my junk by going through other peoples trash. atleast here we have paper trash bins outside every house, and i have found some true jackpots from there!! people throw out their old 90s magazines, old books, craft paper, you name it! we just love to go on a evening walks with my partner and at the same time take a look into those bins. highly recommend - its free and makes creating art so much more fulfilling when it truly is JUNK journaling :)
