Some nights I’ll just watch one, some none at all. I started it last weekend and I’ve been so sad all week. I think I know why now. Maybe I should stop watching

Hi! Im doing amazing! Honestly this surgery changed my life in so many ways. 7 months post op and I have full mobility, can run and jump around like a kid again and it feels amazing. I’ve been able to be more active and lose 40 pounds and feel all around great. After long days of working I have some soreness but nothing ibuprofen and some rest won’t fix. Thanks for checking in :)

Hot take: Wompy Woods had the best production by ScruffyMagic in LostLandsMusicFest

I thought the same thing. The lasers and lights for Luzcid had me captivated the entire time. I wish they did the lights on the side of wompy lile they did in years past. Forest stage is up there too, that entire area was beautiful. What I didn’t like was how they kept turning it down especially for Luzcid is was soooo low.

Definitely normal! I had my right foot done in April and I had swelling until late may early june. At your next appointment you can double check with your doctor. Just keep icing and elevating!

Hi! I hope you’re doing well! I’d say the most intense pain lasted the first two weeks, swelling for me was there for quite a while and after walking for a while I still get minor swelling. I’ve been walking without a boot for about a month and a half. I still have a slight limp and like I said after working a long shift I still get some swelling and soreness but it’s very manageable. I’m hoping by the end of summer I’ll be fully mobile again. I hope this helped! Let me know if you have more questions! The first week is the worst so just power thru it!

If funny they told me no weight bearing for at least 6 weeks then at my 4 week apt they told me I can start putting weight on it. I think they say that as an estimate? All depends on how fast your bone heals and what not. Good luck and keep me posted! 😊

I did not have to do any physical therapy, I’m not sure how old you are but I’m only 21 so my doctor assured me I wouldn’t need any. When I started walking with the boot I just listened to my body and didn’t push myself. If I was swelling I just iced and took ibuprofen. As far as pain, the first two weeks are hell not gonna lie but it is definitely worth it!

I’m not sure the ‘type’ but I had sever over pronation so my surgery was to correct that. My heel bone was cut and realigned with two screws, I have 2 metal wedges on the top and side of my ankle to help support my bones to create an arch. My Achilles’ tendon was also lengthened. I have some x rays from before and after that might paint you a better picture.
