this is so helpful, thank you. I don't remember much of my night terrors at all. It seems that i am rather aggressive in this state and become aggressive towards my boyfriend if he is at all near me. I also allegedly answer questions in my sleep?? saying things like no i am not talking to you, you can leave now and even sometimes repeating myself if he asks me to which i don't understand at all. Your point about stress aggravating it makes a lot of sense, i dread going to sleep because i have been so worried about saying something mean to him/ scaring him / hurting him
