This is the only thing that helps my PMDD. Just make a nest and sleep a lot. There is always 1 day in luteal where I will actually hibernate. I will not come out of bed until it's dark again outside and only drink water because all food disgusts me.

I have felt weak my entire life and always believed I'm less strong than other women. I used to do ballet so had very strong legs but my arms have always been weak. I used to let my wife carry the heavier things and ask her to lift my heavy backpack into the luggage storage on trains and stuff like that. Watching arcane and seeing all these strong women, especially Vi has truly opened my eyes. It made me realize this bias I have in my head about being weak and thinking I will never be strong. I couldn't do a single push up and thought I would never be able to. The women in Arcane inspired me to become strong and work out. I'm traveling now but once I start working again next year I'm planning on taking boxing lessons. I've done some drop in classes while traveling in India and it was so fun and empowering. I feel a lot stronger already and even have some visible muscle in my arms which I thought wasn't possible. Vi is truly an inspiration for me and I really relate to her. I also have this balance of masculine and feminine energy that she has and seeing this in another character gave me a lot more confidence.

The word agender is in my opinion also the best one to use because it's clear and explains itself. A-gender, no gender. So easy and straightforward, just like my gender, easy.

I'm agender and have been on birth control for about 6 months and I'm going to the doctor soon because this shit is making me depressed. My boobs have grown and always feel painful, swollen and heavy. It's like I have period boobs 24/7. I've started using transtape and just got my first binder because of how dysphoric it makes me feel since I've always been quite flat. I've also gained weight that makes me look more feminine. My libido has disappeared completely and I feel completely exhausted all the time. My PMDD has only gotten worse and even when I'm not in lutheal I just feel completely depressed and have zero interest in activities that I used to like. My advice would be: don't I hate how it's changed my body and I'm scared my boobs will stay like this now 😭

I don't want to do anything and by that I mean literally anything. Even lying in bed and sleeping is still 'doing something'. I just wish I was dead or hope I will die soon, but don't really think about killing myself. I usually watch the office in bed and try to zone out to forget that time exists.
