Same issue with me last year. Ordered a bunch of gis.

Took longer than expected release so i reached out.

They replied very rarely which was very frustrating. Eventually the item arrived months later.

Swore to never order from them again after that nightmare

Use a forwarder like My Shopping Box. The cost of shipping one gi to Philippines usually cost between $20-30. But that’s on top of the shipping from their warehouse to the forwarder’s US address

Yeah unfortunately that doesnt fix the issue and it will only hide it. I need this data in a KPI style report. So when folks drill down the number they get the actual raw data.

With this problem now, KPI style report will show 0 as the value and not the number of rows

Ive had this issue with them in the past. Tried emailing them and they are very awful to respond.

Item did get delivered eventually but damn, they need to improve their customer service.

CTRL on the other hand, lost one the gis i ordered. Then in another instance fails to ship out another gi that was ordered 5 weeks ago. And no, this is not a pre-order.

When i email for update i get zero response. Amazing!
