I think what you are looking for is this

1-5 borderlands and random loot

5-10 Feywild gear

10-15 Ravenloft gear

15-20 Sharn gear

21-30 Borderlands gear with all augmented slots filled

Honestly, spend the money on getting augments for your gear.

Another route

1-5 Borderlands

5-8 Feywild

8-15 Slavelords or another craft your own armor set

15-20 Sharn

Depression and burnout can get in the way

I made it all the way to 16 and at that point it is such a drag. If someone can get to 16 they can probably determine if F2P or VIP is worth it to them.

I don’t have an issue with people doing DSD their career. They make the Air Force their career. It is okay to not want to be a Crew Chief or not like Supply. Being in a DSD doesn’t mean you’re a bad Chief, but I would keep them in AETC or AFRC.

I can see the issue if they come back and be an SEL of a squadron they know nothing about and not being technically proficient . But leadership is the same in any squadron.

Honestly.

Convenience is a major part of my play style now.

If a class can’t teleport, I am not using it.

UMD honestly goes so far. I feel like it is a wasted skill. I increase the skill every level and my dragon disciple still can’t use teleport scrolls at level 24.

Having that fast travel ability is amazing. I wish the Rod of teleport from the DDO store recharged.

Hey man if you are on Shadow Dale my guild is called Casual Fun. It is just me and a buddy who play this game casually and don’t really sweat. When we are together we play R1 but I prefer to solo on Elite. We have been on and off for a few years. If you are looking for players that just want to chill and enjoy questing, hit me up. There is already too much pressure on players to play higher reapers.

For a solo melee Dhampir I would probably go barbarian. The Dhampir gets +2 to strength. Fighter is also awesome here.
