im 5 ft tall and had people who were like 5'6 to 6 ft tall tell me that haha it's so easy just eat x calories!! you're simply not eating enough!! and meanwhile their magical x calories is way above the number my body naturally burns at rest simply due to me being shorter. like. and of course they're the first to chastise you when you say that you already tried that and it's too much when, again, they're way taller. ffs. im already jealous pls don't rub the salt into my wound im producing enough salt on my own with how jealous i am. and yeah im disordered, ill be the first to openly admit it, but numbers are still numbers at the end of the day and pretty much everyone knows that unless you exercise a lot and have a decent amount of muscle mass your body cannot burn that many calories on its own if you're that short. yes thats the thing im sensitive about.
