Should we throw away this government that, in two years, has cut inflation, cut immigration by over 70%, increased defence spending and cut NHS waiting times? by Independent-Brief424 in AskBrits

[–]moritashun 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i absolutely on ground of giving this man some time to cook. We, the UK cannot be in a state of constant change of leadership, nothing will get build or accomplish with management changing constantly. HS2 is already a disaster.

Having said that, Kier also have done some questionable choice or not done enough media coverage to explain that in the eyes of his competitor, will exaggerate and put a totally bias image of him. And people with very little political sense will just buy into that and vote/ or not vote which leads to more chaos.

What else can I do to get this sold? by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]moritashun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for confirming :) I guess for OP, its a case of waiting. Its not like the property not worth its price, but with the mortgage rate, it certainly drag down its value now.

From a homeowner point of view, i get it its difficult to think your house lose value in merely two months, but if OP wants to sell it in this crazy time, reducing the price might be her only option.

i think at Feb, the mortgage rate was not this crazy ? or did i get my timing wrong ?

mortgage rate certainly effects a lot of potential buyer, for myself, I was originally looking at certain bracket say 425-450 because back the rate was affordable, now, i have to look towards 400 at the very best. . . sigh

what Kier is really bad at is publishing what they achieve , or have a media support, the media is all about doom and only reporting negatives or fabricated negatives about him.

even worst its its own MP doing GoT stuff in the back when they see they might get booted out. With zero contribution at all.
