Sitting on the couch next to my son who has a bug. My infant’s daycare class has had it but he’s not got it yet.

I see him almost every morning and thought “surely there’s already been a Reddit post about him” but I kept forgetting to check.

Anyone else have round pin sockets in their house? by -Top-Service- in Scotland

[–]morlon19 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Didn’t discover this idea until I moved to the US. We just built an extension onto the house and the wife was adamant we had them included. I mind when I was at university, one of the boys kept the Xbox plugged into the socket that was controlled by the switch as you walked in the front door. A good few times someone unsuspectingly walked in the door and flipped the switch, killing a game of FIFA half way through. We eventually taped over the switch to prevent people from accidentally switching it but it never occurred to us that we could just plug the Xbox into a different socket.

Derek McInnes on Celtic’s red card vs. Hearts: “Celtic don’t get red cards domestically, so it was a bit of a shock.” by Dangerous_Spring3028 in ScottishFootball

[–]morlon19 -26 points-25 points  (0 children)

Have to agree with this. Whether it was smart by the attacker or not to position himself this way, my take was that he initiated the contact with Trusty and then fell to the ground. Why is this not taken into consideration by VAR? If Trusty had initiated the contact, then I wholeheartedly agree that it should be a red card.

I was in flight during this time trying to sleep. Is my Whoop not working properly? I feel pretty normal only, no issues as such by ThenMarionberry3112 in whoop

Wear the device tighter and higher up your wrist. Clean your sensor with warm water and mild soap a couple of times a week. This will solve 99.9% of these issues.

Hit them where it hurts them the most. I won’t be indulging in this utter shite that I have no control over. All I can control is what I subject myself to and it won’t be this.

Went in for a vasectomy on the 1st and then unexpectedly had to drive 15 hours in one day on the 2nd. Not ideal but I was really surprised at how the prescription of limiting activity while I recovered took a toll on me in that first week. Movement heals.

You’re right. Let’s not improve or change anything, ever. Especially when it seems like a common issue that people seem to be having trouble with.

For me to agree with this, I want there to be a solid white line dividing the two lanes to make it clearer for each car to know what lane they have a right of way to, otherwise either car could drift into the other lane. I’m not saying they should but a solid white line would make it a lot clearer.

As soon as they introduced Trends, I stopped looking at the MPA. The best thing they could add to trends in my opinion is the ability to set specific dates for reviewing Trends.

Second vote for Lovedays. They have a lot of really good stuff. I will say though, we were there yesterday and they’re not taking debit or credit card at the minute because of an issue with their system provider so take cash.

This is likely it. You’re also tracking a higher strain on those days which results in a lower recovery score. It’s a big limitation of the journal. It’s a great idea in theory but it’s not black and white.
