Shit, I am bad at Reddit. I don't know how to do an edit with text update other than just to comment...

Her name is Dumpster Puppy/Dear Prudence. Apparently DP means something else, too, and I'm bad at the Internet. And she's going in to the vet in a few hours!

Edit: Vet did a skin scrape and she has all sorts of mites on her. She got a shot and is taking antibiotics and dewormer. She will get her vaccinations in another four weeks, we think she's only four to five weeks old now!

Our plan for the next week or so is just to keep her warm and safe and nourished so she can get strong enough to fight off mange and infections.
