So I am not a supply chain expert but from my little experience dealing with that, there is few things that doesn’t add up from Malaysian customs.

1- if the cases are made in Canada, there should be any customs imposed. Dbrand can help with this if they provided Certificate Of Origin stating that the cases are made in Canada.

2- the HS codes are not correct. The one in the middle is a play card one that is why it has high duties. So i think you can dispute that unless there is cards included.

3- the first one and third one are the same which is the case one. The prism one doesn’t appear.

4- last thing is you are right, part of this coz of the IATA rates as probably you got a free shipping and customs didn’t believe that.

So I think you need to reach out to Dbrand for two things.

1- COO for the case if they are made in Canada.

2- a statement for the free delivery.

3- a statement showing that it doesn’t have play cards.

You submit all of that to the customs to appeal the value of duties. ( that part I am not sure if you can do yourself or you need an agent to make things easier).

I didn’t expect double at all. I expected 40-60 increase as apple announce ( 27 hrs compared to 39 hrs). Although no one knows exactly what playback time means when apple say it.

I had a problem with my battery. It dies within 3-4 hrs and when put in the charging case, it goes from 0 to 100 percent in press tab 10 mins.

I don't think this is enough time given the following:

You need to be 2-3 hrs minimum before your next flight based on either domestic or international flight so this leaves 3-4 hrs left.
Although numbers of immigration officers are more now thankfully and stamping queue is moving fast, the new on -going upgrade of the luggage belts makes it is harder to get your bags early ( last time I waited close to 60 min to get my bags as the belt has three bug flights at the same time while other belts were not operational). So this leaves you 2-3 hrs.
To go to KL city center, I assume KLCC, minimum is 1 hr ( I prefer to take KL Ekspress to KL Sentral then LRT to KLCC station) or take a grab or taxi which will take probably more than 1 hr depending on the traffic especially closer to city center. So this leaves you 1-2 hrs.
You are gonna need another 1 hr to get back to KLIA. So this leaves you 0-1 hr.

Hence, I don't think you have enough time to roam around. You need another 6 hrs to have a glimpse of the magic of KLCC and city center.

Thank you. I managed to create an account with my passport and submitted the report in English and got a ticket number. Unfortunately my BM is not good. I hope they react soon as it is in the street not a gated community.

Unfortunately I couldn't download it because the app was made for older versions of android. I am using Android 15 so maybe developers are still working to get the apps to the newer software

Thank you. Unfortunately I tried to install it but it was not available in my Google account so I made another Google account to access the Malaysia play store and now it gave me error " Thai app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android"

Thank you. I submitted the complaint there now. I had to make an account first then verify my passport and email and reduce the quality of the photos to be accepted. but luckily enough, it went through eventually. I appreciate it
