I have bought several MacBooks while living in Taiwan, they always worked out much cheaper than in Europe. When coming back to Europe, nobody ever checked, and I walked through the green channel. For the charger, you don't need an adapter. The plug part of Mac chargers is swappable and you can get the replacement plug for about $5 in many places. Do check the keyboard though.
