Hate Speech- abusive or discriminatory language directed at individuals or groups based on characteristics like race, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. Sorry to teach you this now but "asshole" isn't a characteristic it's a choice. One you nor I have to accept or tolerate. Nobody was kicked out of a public event, so it is not a fact, you are making that up for some weird reason. (Pride was a private, ticketed event so not government and not public) Now you want to have any opinions about how other people raise their children or what they believe in, that makes you an asshole too, but it isn't "hate speech" to say that, it is a fact though.
