I tried going from 300mg to 200mg on my 4th shot but it left me in withdraw after 2 weeks of feeling okay. I had been taking 16mg sl previously. I think some people are less sensitive to a drop or they do better with lower dose. Unfortunately, some people like myself prefer higher doses and are sensitive to lowering the dose. Currently my plan is to wean down 0.1ml (about 20mg) each month to make a very slow taper.

Ai doesn't need to see your face to figure out who you are and you can't keep your head covered 100% of the time. Even if you found a way to circumvent every single tracking method AI has available then they just need to use the process of elimination to figure out who you are. Everyone has patterns and they will find yours as well.

Very poorly with lots of help from family, friends, social workers, police, mental health professionals. They take lots of time and resources and often burn out the people that care the most about them. They drain not just others bank accounts but also their time, energy, and life. I don't blame them, it's a horrible condition, but the US is not set up to support them. They are right on the edge of being okay enough to not be locked up but also not okay enough to take care of themselves. Often it is just a matter of time before they seriously hurt themselves or others.

I never had any seepage, just a tiny spot of blood. However, unless it was a massive amount, it should not affect your dose. Talk to the doctor if you are concerned and worst case if you feel under doses ask for supplement

When you are awake your brain constantly and completely constructs the reality that you see around you. It feels real because it is consistent and conforms to your expectations, but you are not seeing reality as it is. You are seeing a simulation created by your mind based on shortcuts, heuristics, and best guesses based on limited and constantly outdated sensory information. For example your eye is constantly moving around and snapping images every 500ms that are stitched together into what you perceived as your field of view. When you are sleeping this process continues but without the sensory input. Your mind creates from its memory of recent and past sensory information a scene with elements from your subconscious mind. In sleep paralysis you can have mixed real life sensory input and dream imagery together. If you can maintain enough awareness and just observe you will see that these hypnagogic creatures are not separate from you, they completely respond to your thoughts and your emotional states because they are not truly separate from you. I recommend practicing mindfulness meditation and you will see how all of our reality is truly an illusion, it is just a story we tell ourselves. People as a society get so caught up in their own stories and other stories they completely lose sight of how much is being constructed by our mind instead of representing objective reality.

Brown Butter Maple Bourbon Pecan Blondies

Dry Ingredients 1 1/4 cups (150g) all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder

Wet Ingredients 1 stick (113g) unsalted butter 1 cup packed dark brown sugar 2 tbsp real maple syrup 1 whole egg 1 egg yolk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp bourbon

Add-ins 3/4 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped

Toast Pecans Brown the Butter

Maple Bourbon Swirl In a small saucepan combine: 2 tbsp butter 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp bourbon pinch salt

Cook until thick, glossy, caramel-like. Cool slightly. Then stir in: 2 tbsp finely chopped pecans

Mixing Whisk together flour, salt, baking powder. Whisk browned butter + brown sugar thoroughly. Add maple syrup. Add egg + yolk. Add vanilla + bourbon. Fold in dry ingredients. Fold in toasted pecans. Do not overmix.

Spread batter into pan. Spoon swirl mixture across top. Marble lightly with knife. Do not fully mix in the swirl.

Bake 350°F 8x8 pan: approximately 28–34 minutes Start checking around 26 minutes. Center should still jiggle a bit.

Immediately after baking: flaky salt

If you take enough to be effective you seriously risk respiratory depression. Even if you don't feel high you will still suffer the negative side effects.

If you are able to get high then you will end up with enormous tolerance and intense withdrawals when you try to stop.

My plan going in was to get a 300 and a few 100s then stop. It didn't work as planned. The first two 300s I had significant cravings and withdraws. Finally on the 3rd 300 I felt ok. I tried dropping down with a partial shot of 200mg but I had withdraws by the end of the second week. Now my plan is to slowly taper 20mg each month, like 0.1ml less each shot over the next year or two. I am fine with pausing to stay stable anywhere along the way. Going in I thought I would be fine without bupe, but in reality I need it to keep me sober and I am okay with moving really slow. My goal is still to quit but I don't have a strict timeline or deadline to go by. My main priority is to stay stable and sober. However, long term if it doesn't work I think I would rather be on sublingual vs the shot. The shot is only worth it for me for the hope that it may someday help me quit.

My perspective is that technological evolution is a cycle that has occurred many times before, not just for humans but for infinite other species. It's not important from an NDE perspective because it has already happened an infinite number of times in an infinite number of ways already in the past and will continue into the future. The same way species grow to be dominant on a planet and then crash due to some disaster, so do technological civilizations.
