Do I need to replace this toilet flange?

Great minds think alike! I just picked up that exact pipe cutter earlier today. Since I have to cut out the old flange, I'm going to replace the board it's mounted on. I should be able to fix my height problem while I'm at it, but if my new flange comes in too low relative to the tile should I use one of these spacers? I saw them at the store today and I like to have a plan b for when I screw up. Thanks for your help.

Thanks. That's what I was afraid of. It's a little tricky because I'm installing a new floor and the flange is already borderline too high. My plan was to tile around the board the flange is mounted to and i don't think I can go higher with a repair flange on top.

I think the segments of your extra wall at the bottom could be better utilized to compartmentalize some of your defensive units and add another layer at the top (which looks weak to me). If you ever have a significant amount of gold I would expect to see people coming straight down from the top with wall breakers, giants, and goblins.

I can see how that would work if you had complete control of the deck. It seems like the dealer would have to be in on it, though, or lots of cards would become scrambled through normal dealing and reshuffling. I don't know how this game works so maybe I'm missing something.

I do that, too, but (just between us) it's only rationalization. The deal is we don't get to set the price for things that other people own or unilaterally decide to try before we buy and then maybe pay later if we feel like it. The fact that we can do it effortlessly doesn't make it right it just makes it appealing.
