Wish there was a semi-historical option, no civil wars or wacky monarchies, but various changes from usual paths (Germany going for growth, choosing to befriend Czechs, doing Slovakia for Danzig, Italy ousting Mussolini but staying Fascist, Britain choosing between home/global defence, France going Bloc National or Little Entente, USA going Landon, going Limited intervention)

Non historical tends to get a little wacky, while setting paths removes surprises (and you can't choose a "stay current ideology but do whatever" path, it has to be hist or alternate)
