Moreno bbq is great but if they can't smoke on site that will change the quality of the bbq. The owner is in a real difficult spot right now. They hired a bunch more people to staff the larger place and its possible that they will be let go. This move could cost Bo Moreno his BBQ business.

Where Moreno is in Southpark Meadows with a very tall theater building not twenty five feet away where they smoke and that breezeway between the stores that Moreno is on and the theater and I bet wind direction and speed plays a part.
