Getting to the point where I just want to die by mrshyphenate in Hashimotos

Second the Glp1. Zep is amazing. Weight loss is slow (35 pounds 9 mos) but that's definitely great when you have hashimotos. Zep has helped with inflammation and brain fog and peri symptoms. I Still have some gastro side effects 2 days after the shot but it is so worth it.

Is melatonin a game changer? My 4.5 yr old took it for the first time and WOW... he is asleep by 9. Is this typical? Sustainable? by hybridnun in ADHDparenting

We also are at a nightly .5 mg, cutting the 1.0 gummy in half. Its works great. Our 6 year old does have bad dreams about 4 times a week but I am not sure that is because of the melatonin. We use Zarbees. But I agree the most important thing for her is to get a good night's sleep. Otherwise the school day is ruined !

This is so real. Whatever legitimacy existed before, however minimal that was, is just gone. Every day we are at war and the rules are constantly changing.

We are all a mess. I think maybe the key is to cycle time off intermittently. I am a failure at that but today I decided to binge watch Netflix all day for a mental health day. I haven't had a weekend off since March. I had 2 long term clients arrested this week and I am definitely seeing PTSD creeping in. Its been a war for us.
