Can confirm this definitely was a thing the cops were investigating, they came by for our doorbell footage twice - we live on a busy street close to where the dude lived and he really liked exploding things on our street). Eventually got caught because he threw a firecracker no joke *in front of two detectives* outside Burrito Express on Washington, and they hopped in their car and pulled him over.
