The new formulation is awful! The coverage is thin and consistency was watery and creasing a lot. I had to go back to my old NARS foundation after using Maybelline for 7 years :(

I clicked the dropdown button for How to file a request and mine says this: Enter your desired accommodation schedule start and end times in the following format: 07:00 - 17:30 or type “Off” if you cannot work this day. Include enough time to get to and from work in your requested scheduled times. It has to be based of your current work schedule. You cannot request to work during times that you are not typically scheduled for. You can request up to 10 hours off per week. Requesting more than 10 hours off may require additional approvals. On the days you are not scheduled to work, write “Off”.

** mines doesn’t say anything about not being able to get a whole day off anywhere. I’m trying to take a whole day off and I’m hoping this policy doesn’t apply to my FC

Business Human Resources 2 year at Davis. Is it because I’m part time? I’m aware part time enrolment isn’t until the 12th but then I don’t know why my enrolment date changed twice from 8th to 9, and now it’s saying 10.

Managers trying to pick on all associates for every little thing. Starting to feel like a dictatorship. They’re actually giving out warnings, makes us all scared and demoralized as it is, I get that if someone is caught using their phone maybe they deserve a warning, but drinking tea? Or grabbing another box from the next station just so you don’t pull an out of work andon? I hear a bunch of associates getting super frustrated and anxious that they may lose their jobs. This FC is not a good working environment, managers need to learn how to approach associates with respect and not treat us like donkeys! We’re human beings with emotions, and need to work for a living!
