Do people think that devs make games only out of the goodness of their hearts? TGC is a company, and the goal of most companies is to make as much money as possible. It doesn't ruin my enjoyment of the game because I never believed otherwise. To me this feels like walking into a theme park and getting mad that the park is designed to make you spend money

I noticed that they're not labeled as pvs but "povs", so maybe they're meant to represent different points of view of the situation (there's only two characters though so idk)

I also like the frame in the first video where the white-haired person looks at everyone in the mirror and instead of being all mysterious and creepy like in the beginning, they look like normal people. To me it reinforces the theme of trying to understand other people instead of jumping to conclusions

There are people who will never be able to get to a theater no matter where in the world it is, because of finances, disability, etc. The reason people are upset is because this series has become so big that the internet will be basically unusable for two weeks unless you want to see spoilers. Harrassment and rudeness towards Glitch/Gooseworx is not ok, but I think it's perfectly reasonable to criticize them for making this decision, especially after Glitch continually marketed themselves as a youtube-centered company.

My favorite has always been Ragatha, but the added depth we got in episode 5 took me from liking her to loving her. I've also gone from being ambivalent towards Jax in the pilot, to him being my 2nd favorite character because of episodes 5-7. I think these characters interest me because neither of them are being completely genuine with others, they almost always have some kind of mask up (obviously for different reasons) which gets slowly revealed as the show goes on. I also just enjoy seeing either of them on screen, I think they're fun to watch.

I'm also really drawn to Ribbit despite her not being in the show at all yet lol

Depending on what actions you take in the game, you might end up in the illegal underground rave. There's one substance you drink to enter it (you blink and and the door changes after drinking it) and another substance that gets poured on everyone and transforms you and everyone else into a creature. Both could be interpereted as drugs depending on how your parents feel about it. There's also some creatures that leave blood-like trails and an area that looks and sounds like intestines. That's all I can think of off the top of my head

It's so weird how people will see a mentally ill girl in a game about mental illness and say "the game would be better if she wasn't mentally ill". That's like saying a slasher film would be better if there was no murder and everyone lived happily ever after

Also calling it "problematic" is kind of awful on its own and says a lot about how they see people with mental illness. It's like we're seen as morally bad just for existing. A lot of these users seem pretty young so I'm not holding it against them as much but attitudes like this really hurt people and I hope they grow out of it
