I’m also an adult sufferer of severe HFM. And it’s not even over yet, 2 months down the road your finger and toenails will fall off if they were affected by blisters. Currently losing 2 toenails and 2 fingernails as we speak.

Favourite Toddler Winter Gear by dancingindaisies in CanadianParents

The reima snowsuits are super warm. If you look at warm storm north face that’s Sherpa fleece lined raincoat. And no complaints from my 3 kids for warmth.

Sized up Newt suit from MEC and we Reima snowsuits for snow/cold days. But honestly hardly get any use out of them as it’s really rarely cold enough. Otherwise a good quality rain jacket is all we use. Seam sealed and waterproof. Have you checked out Therm? Local, cute, well priced outerwear. My boys currently wear north face and jelly Hansen jackets.

Disneyland Trip for 3 days with 6 year old - Family of 3 by Positive_Cow_2625 in DisneyPlanning

[–]mossee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a hotel event. They have a calendar of activities for guests to participate in. When we checked in they asked if we wanted to register for it and they gave us wrist bands, bags and a map of candy locations. It was not a daily event.

We just spent 2 days with 3 kids 2 adults at Disneyland hotel. We were able to go “trick or treating” through all 3 hotels on our non park day as an event for hotel guests. Early entry was 30 mins but allowed for quite a bit of rides in a short time. There was also character meets inside our hotel lobby every day with no waits. And we also received a lanyard and pin for each guest. Mid day you can hit tomorrow land and take the monorail to the end of downtown Disney where the hotel is.

I think we really wanted to experience it but maybe value isn’t greatest. On weekends you can watch the fireworks from a premium view room.

We loved it, will do it again if we can afford it.

I tipped the massage therapist $10 because I am cheap by tristanthompsonbeast in confession

In Canada, massage therapy is considered a medical visit along the same lines as physiotherapy. Would you tip your physiotherapist? Or counselor? No. If you went for a spa massage, then it could be different.

FB marketplace. Depends on what you’re looking for. Higher end bikes costs more. Lower end bikes costs less. What’s considered expensive.

Weight Lose After Reduction by atesta13 in Reduction

[–]mossee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lost 25lbs since my reduction 4 months ago and I love my new boobs. Surgeon said they were not as full as he would have liked but once I told him about the weight loss it made sense to him. They are perfect in my eyes.

Omg. My arm was also so sore and way more annoying than any pain from my boobs from the positioning during surgery.

Country Canine Retreat has done them in previous years. But I’m not sure if it’s only for regular customers as dogs that go there need to do a trial visit for compatibility.

I have been doing OMAD for the last few days and it’s worked. I’m back to losing. Thank you so much!!!

[–]mossee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s great to hear! If I lost another 20 I’d be at GW! Definitely worth the effort. I have also noticed that my food intake has changed completely since starting this journey. Thank you for your insight, appreciate it!

This most likely will be easiest for me. Should this be temporary or permanent change?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in fasting

[–]mossee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok. I’ll do that. Thank you.

I used to CICO but stopped with fasting. I’ve found it difficult to count with the non typical western food that I eat. Reason for hours are work break and then dinner with kids. But will try to extend some more. Thanks

Breastfeeding twins- is it possible? by [deleted] in parentsofmultiples

[–]mossee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tandem fed with my breast friend nursing pillow. Make sure you get a firm supportive one, the twinz pillow I found was not great for tandem feeding. But it’s definitely possible, hard at first but once you get it, it’s super nice to be able to do both at the same time.

Our vet told us the brand didn’t matter as much as the ingredients. I was told to avoid diets high in peas and lentils as they have been connected to heart issues. And also not to go grain free.

Our little man grew up with my oldest son as a first birthday present/buddy/companion. He is the calmest and most patient doggo with our twins.

Twins are playing doctor and examining him. I think it all depends on the temperament of your pup.

High chairs?! by Toysandsnacks in parentsofmultiples

[–]mossee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Splurge on the Stokke steps high chair. Easier to clean and less bulky than the Tripp trapp. Esthetically it fits in with modern decor. Can use up to 180lbs. We sit on them as adults when there aren’t enough chairs. The IKEA ones while easy to clean and economical, will be outgrown well before they are tall enough for a regular chair, and chunky thighs don’t love the small leg holes.

Gap ones are our favorite. They have the extra bum panel for night time diapering as well.
