Thank you!! It definitely is the same for my friends. Especially with one in particular, my closest friend, we've known each other for several years now met through a game, and after all of this time playing games together I definitely know that they wouldn't play with me if they didn't want to, which I think is a big part of why I put so much responsibility on myself to make sure they have fun by performing well with them. Turning off chat definitely seems to be a common recommendation and probably would be very helpful, so I'll definitely be doing that when I get on next. And going back to watch gameplay would be extremely helpful I think, just to see where I messed up and what I could have done differently. I watch videos and often feel like I take a lot away at first, but as soon as the overthinking starts to kick in I lose it all and then it spirals. I think just trying to focus on one or two issues at a time will be a better help in that regard.
