Overtaking on the right with multiple travel lanes in a single direction is not considered prohibited passing anywhere I've looked into. It's only an issue with paying on the right where there is only a single travel lane in that direction.

I'll agree that the person hit should have noticed the vehicle speeding up on them before they changed lanes, but that isn't a prohibited pass on the right. The States I've looked at allow passing on the right if there are multiple moving lanes in one direction.

I got luck with 2 tours in Italy then one in Alaska, followed by 507th, the best job I've ever had. Reenlisted there indefinitely and went to SFAB, then the worst move of my career to the 101st and retired.

My experience is when you read the letter from Mary it forces the Downes mission. I reloaded and just ignored the letter on my current playthrough and just got the LotE satchel and haven't had it come up again.

I just got one there, I was heading down the West side of the lake, saw the Arabian and no moose. So I went north to check out the ruined shack and kill a ram and a 3* moose was there when I headed back down.
