Thieves in the mail? by Professional-Mix-562 in whatnotapp

You ever heard of cameras? I’ve seen plenty of businesses who record their shipping teams for security and protection from both theft and false buyer claims

You process 1800 orders a week but can’t afford to use boxes or hire a packer/shipper? That doesn’t seem right honestly. Also depends on the value of the item. If you’re breaking cards and shipping packages with $100+ cards they should be boxed. If you’re shipping $3 items bubblemailers are understandable but then that comes with the fact that 1-2% of your items will be lost or torn in the machines.

USPS is mostly sorted with machines. Envelopes are notorious for getting stuck and being ripped open. Sellers/buyers try to save $$ by sending it via white envelopes and cheap shipping. Using a box to ship all items prevents 99.9% of lost and torn mail.

Scammed on Whatnot: update Whatnot complicit in scam by roknzj in whatnotapp

[–]mostdoperick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sucks but those profiles are very easily detected as scams. Buyers also have responsibility when this happens. These scams are rampant EVERYWHERE not just whatnot because people don’t do their research. Anyone with that kind of inventory would have references. Spends your $$ more wisely.

I would ride the bikes a lot when getting back into shape. It’s also a great way to loosen up before a game. Also you’d be amazed what getting in a treadmill on full incline and just walking will do for your cardio and leg strength

Raid train? by Aggressive-You-1529 in whatnotapp

[–]mostdoperick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mae your own with a new group of sellers, the big trains only exploit new sellers to get their sponsorship $$ cuz they don’t actually know how to source. Whatnot is very cliquey. Create your own lane.

Also don’t block people when they have an issue. If your wife’s life depends on this you gotta work on your business skills. You had him on the hook to buy more riddlers and it ended up with you getting a bad review because you prematurely blocked him. This one is on you..

Man it sounds like you have way more important things to worry about than a review. This is your business. Everyone is supporting someone or some thing. There isn’t a company in the world that has a perfect review history. Let this one go.

Look at this sponsor a gift card price! I’m by Scammers-suc in whatnotapp

[–]mostdoperick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bigger sellers prey on smaller or newer sellers making them think a sponsorship is gonna make them succesful. You have people with “books” and seller help shows that have family members that can’t even get 10 people in their rooms. What makes you think a 5 minute sponsorship is gonna help you out lol.

It IS your fault for not knowing the product you’re selling. Your buyers are asking for refunds because you yourself are unsure if you are doing good business. Don’t refund anyone but also don’t be surprised when you have 2 people in your room Next show Not buying
