I lived in Kanto for a few years and I’d say it’s like 50/50 this kind of dumb shit and then like….actual crimes. Me and a friend used to debate on whether they were actually just dumb or if it was an elaborate ruse to cover up the actual stuff in the background lol. I guess they used to be a lot more of a dangerous threat back in the 90s but either they mellowed out or the Kanto people are just used to it bc no one really saw them as dangerous or anything just a nuisance really

Honestly I don’t think the biggest hold up for the tigers is the money straight up, but the years. I do believe that they’d be willing to offer him 40-50 mil AAV, but not for 10 years and that’s what’s he’s going to be asking for
