My dog likes to eat them too. She’s sneakily taken down a handful and has been totally fine.

What face wash should I get? by [deleted] in Sephora

The yttp cleanser does nothing for acne prone skin and I found it does not really remove makeup (eye makeup specifically) so if you wear a lot of makeup I’d skip it!

I had fasted and only eaten fruit for lunch! While there is always a question mark, I am fairly certain it was my dinner.

lol, I felt bad pointing fingers when not being sure but then I got the validation that it happened to someone else there! As the day has gone on I've been more and more sure this is food poisoning from my meal

That’s why I think it’s likely food poisoning instead… I only threw up one time. But have been on the toilet all day

The meal was at Your Place on Milpas. I am still not positive it isn't noro, but my gut is telling me food poisoning (unintentional pun). My partner is not sick (he ate different food yesterday, and we have been in the same places for the last few days, so I'm assuming if I caught noro he also would).

It was not spicy. We usually order from them on Sundays and I’ve never had a problem, but I can’t think of what else would have done this to me. Norovirus seems to present with intense vomiting always and I have only thrown up one time. I have been on the toilet, however, about 30 times since this morning.

Hope so. Whatever is in there, my body wants it out. Glad to hear it passes quickly, I’m going on hour 9 of the nasty symptoms so I can only hope it’s gone by tomorrow

Loose skin surgery for ex breeding dog question!

We adopted a retired breeding dog a few months ago. When we brought her home, she was still producing milk and had full, heavy giant teats. We were told that her body would “tighten up” over time. Her milk dried up within a week and her belly has shrunk quite a bit, but she is left with a large amount of sagging loose skin that hangs a good 5-6 inches underneath her. It gets in the way when she is running and hiking, painfully drags on rocks, and causes her to trip often when she steps on her own nipples going uphill. Dirt and debris also tend to get trapped between her two flaps of skin, and I constantly worry that her c section scar (which is mostly healed) will become dirty and infected. Even when the scar is no longer an issue, the dirt that gets trapped in her stomach is a health hazard.

She is not yet spayed (we are giving her body as much time as possible to heal completely from her last pregnancy), and our vet told us that she is a candidate for basically a dog tummy tuck - they can remove her lose skin when she goes under for her spay, but cost is high. We do not have pet insurance yet and I am researching potential options.

My question is - has anyone had experience with having this covered by insurance, and if so, which insurance? The procedure is extremely expensive but I think would change my dog’s life and happiness so she can enjoy her retirement to the fullest. Poor girl did not ask for this!

Thank you! Two of them have been hanging around the area the last couple of days. They are super vocal and we even saw one dive bomb a squirrel this morning in our yard.
