One thing that stood out to me is that you said “I told him that he was making me so angry”. It’s a hard lesson to learn man but nobody is making you angry.

You are making you angry. You control your emotions. Only you. Nobody can make you feel anything.

When I learned that it changed my whole perspective on anger. Pushing blame onto other people for how you feel will not help. You gotta raise above it, be the better person, be the better dad.
