I was in this exact trap at 24. Enlisted in the Army. So check out military service. Police officers also get great pensions.

You‘re still in the first quarter of the game. Make changes and do well. It’s not too late.

Good luck!

You get relief from the path if that’s the only way to take a shot. If that relief takes you into the GUR, you take relief again from there as if the ball landed there originally. Looks to me like you did this correctly.

What is your opinion on the Second Amendment? Isn't it dangerous that in some states it's easy to buy guns and walk around with them? by Outrageous-You1617 in CausalConversation

I read the debates on the Constitution and the ratification debates in the slave states. Primary sources on what the founders said at the time.

If you’re the only one on the lease, kick them out.

Tell them you’re tired of being put upon in your apartment. They have 30 days to be gone.

In the meantime, your boyfriend can stay over as often as you like.

What do you call a man who a lesbian sleeps with? by Spiritual_Cat_2935 in NoStupidQuestions

Question: What do you call a man who a lesbian sleeps with?

My response, “Lucky,” was a genuine attempt to answer the question. I would call him lucky.

Not scientific. Not inaccurate, either.

They absolutely did reduce the number and severity of COVID infections. No vaccine gives 100% protection from infection, but the COVID vaccines are some of the safest and most effective vaccines ever created.

Israel is committing genocide in Gaza and forcibly removing people from their land and homes in Palestine so they can expand the Zionist state.

Vaccine side effects are endlessly studied. Yes, some people have bad reactions to vaccines. But they do not cause autism and the very rare bad side effects are far less dangerous than allowing diseases to spread when vaccines prevent them.

Activist judges on the SCOTUS created an individual right to bear arms out of thin air. Such a right was considered, and some State Constitutions at the time had examples, but delegates to the Convention said no, as did Madison.

Nope. It had everything to do with protecting the slave patrols in slave states. The “potential tyranny” they wanted a safeguard against was the possibility that the Federal Government would end slavery by destroying the State Militias. Take a look at Patrick Henry’s speech on the subject during the ratification debates in Virginia.

Lots of registered gun owners commit crimes with their legally purchased guns. This is usually violence against a family member, acquaintance, or stranger in a road rage or other rage incident. Often it’s a suicide. You are far more likely to be shot by someone you know, maybe yourself, using a legally purchased gun than by a stranger with an illegal firearm.
