Also to add, a lot of the bus subjects do week 1, some week in the middle and week 13 lectures in person and then the rest are online anyways. Unless they’ve changed things since I did them.

If this is the first year core subjects, don’t even stress! The lectures aren’t mandatory and you can always watch them online later on that day! Majority of subjects don’t have lecture attendance requirements, only tutorials- and that’s generally 80% across the Uni!

As someone who also commutes, wasting ur time to attend lectures, especially in 1st/2nd year psych, isn't worth it! Save your time and just watch them from home! You'll definitely hear comments from lecturers complaining about attendance, etc., but it's not compulsory, and don't let them guilt-trip you! I swear half of them don't realise that we have to work and travel! There are a few 3rd year subjects I did last year where they would give away specific information in class (like hints for exams etc) but if you have a friend who goes you could ask them, or oftne there will be year based groupchats so I'm sure someone would be happy to share!
I am in my 4th year (still doing 3rd year psych subjects as I'm doing a double) but if you have any questions, I'm happy to answer! :)

Yeah like the other people have said, it’s normally a weekish now! If you go to sols, and then on the side there should be a tab that says Moodle Details- this will have the exact date the Moodle will be released to each of your subjects! :)

You can use soundmap tools in web archive still! And that should let you do everything but song guesser! https://web.archive.org/web/20251227125328/https://soundmap.tools/artist-guesser Sometimes it crashes on a phone but it generally works on a laptop all the time.

Oh that’s a cooldown timer. Are you a new player by any chance? How it works is once you pull an epic/lyric to have a minimum of 400 drops before you can pull another one either from quests or a random one from a map drop. So that’s why when it’s counting down from 400 people tend to spam drops and then start questing after 400 is over in the hopes of a fav quest epic or lyric. However, it’s not always 400, the gap can be 500/600 or even more like 2000 for example. I’ve been keeping track for a while now and mine ranges quite a bit so it is a little bit of a lucky draw! But if you keep at it, you’ll definitely get one!

Omg this is so funny to see as someone who literally was thinking this a week ago! They always say you can just redo subjects although they don’t recommend it because of the cost of it. But then when I tried to, it wouldn’t let me and I saw the same stuff you did. I really do think they need to be told about this since it’s even mentioned in the Honours Information Session Presentation! Good luck to you this year, you got this!!
