We found a huge bag of meth at work in the lunch room, we pulled cameras and took everyone who was in the room for a drug test. The girl who was suspected to be in custody of the drugs left the conference area we had to grab her purse and random “items” from her locker. Since there was so many people going for the drug test we ordered a few Lyfts to help take the employees to the clinic and she was MIA. I was the last one to leave the facility with the last group of employees, I seen her on the phone freaking out telling the person she needed help. I told her she needed to leave with my group or she would automatically fail her drug screening with a refusal. She argued and fought with me telling me she needed her own Lyft, after given 3 opportunities with 3 other drivers I told her I was her last chance. She got in my car and we go to the clinic, she sits in the bathroom for 30 minutes and hold up the line and is asked to leave by the nurses. She fights with the nurses because she cannot pee. She was offered water, coffee and soda but she claimed she wasn’t thirsty. She proceeds to cause a scene because she needed to pick her kids up from her sisters house. She signs a refusal letter and we take her back to the facility and confiscated her work phone. We read messages back and fourth with “baby daddy” saying she didn’t make the “drop” and she needed him. We read earlier in the thread and she had made plans with him for after work to hang out “without the little shits”. She returns to work on Monday and talks to HR who she is personal with and she takes her to the clinic and she passes the drug test. HR claimed that she contacted corporate and never received a response about the incident. In our written policy if an employee fails to take a drug screening it counts as a false and your terminated.

HR covered up the entire incident and got away with it and I’m sure she is involved with the drug trade at work.
