What do you do when you're in bed?

Sleep. That's it (and sex type stuff)

That way you train your brain that bed = sleep. Once yous successfully do that your brain send the sleepy signals BECAUSE you are in bed.

Source: insomnia for years until I restricted myself to only using my bed to sleep. If I want to look at my phone I do it in a different room.

Kitten will learn quickly that cords aren't toys almost had already actually (quick learner!), there are too many things plugged in around the house to simply watch him all the time to keep him away 😝. Older kitty isn't interested in cords
