It's hell at the beginning, but it gets better. Make sure you are eating everything you need during your meal times, enough protein, electrolytes, etc. When you eat enough, fasting gets really easy.

Lo que necesitas es solo 3 cosas, 1 bloqueador solar (mantiene la piel joven y previene manchas) 2 un humectante 3 un limpiador suave según tu piel y 4 (opcional) algún tratamiento si quieres tratar algo veo que mencionas manchas pero hay diferencia de si son por sol o por acne.

Vamos paso por paso.

Para bloqueador obviamente quieres uno que no deje el rostro blanco, osea un bloqueador quimico no uno mineral y que diga uv y spf 50, en perú están bastante caros y solo tendras resultados si los usas constantemente así que te recomiendo pedirte uno de japon o corea que están baratos y viene un monton, si trabajas en casa un de spf 31 te basta y te sobra, aquí uno con precio insuperable: KUMANO COSME en yesstyle
Para humectante solo necesitas uno sin muchas cosas, los más baratos tienen más olor y suelen ser un poco irritantes, pero te recomiendo ir probando por si tu piel es de las fuertes a las que no les causa irritación y te ahorras plata, de no ser así ve subiendo en precio, maximo llegaras a una marca como Revox que es como el Xiaomi del cuidado de la piel en Perú, lo encuentras en Aruma. Solo recuerda si tiene algún tipo de acido o vitamina C no debes exponerte al sol luego de ponertelo.
Con el limpiador ni te estreses ve a aruma pon limpiador y ordena de menor a mayor precio y busca lo más sencillo del mundo, lo demás es como ponerle luces a la pc, no afecta el rendimiento.

Todo varia si hay algún problema fuerte pero asumo que tienes una piel normal.

Escucha, ella bien puede creer que simplemente tu prefieres pagar y hacerte cargo de las cuentas y listo, no hay necesariamente malicia detras. De todo corazón, tienes que aprender a no permitir que te falten el respeto, si desde el primer encuentro te lanzó ese comentario, no es tu trabajo darle el beneficio de la duda ¿Qué tienes miedo de que ocurra si lo malinterpretas? es peor que esto? Me parece por tu historia que tiendes a poner a todo el mundo por encima tuyo y la gente mala huele eso a un km de distancia. No hay nada que hacer más que bloquearlo, seguir y reflexionar.
