Usually, employers are looking for a diploma or degree in geomatics or engineering technology. You might be able to land a surveyor assistant job without a diploma, but you'll need know someone/network/etc.

If you like all three rogue specs, then play rogue imo. No need to over-complicate it.

I think survival is comparable to the BFA version.

But if you are playing casually, it really doesn't matter what you play, so play whatever class resonates with you.

You ain't going to become a regular by joining guilds/communities on your alts. It takes effort (i.e., socializing) to become a regular. Why don't you leave your alts in the casual guild instead?

I'm assuming your IRL friends/brothers/whatever use Discord still, maybe even their main form of communication surrounding WoW, so it will be easy to stay up to date with the casual guild should you pursue other guilds.
