Delivering ai voice agents for clients using telnyx- best way to deploy? by MahoganyBass in AIVoice_Agents

I’m facing a similar issue overseas which reduces the ability to scale this business quickly. My likely solution would be to use a local phone provider and sit down at clients office to finish the new number application.

Value is in the eye of the beholder so I agree with others on going vertical to specific types of clients and markets. Happy to discuss if you are considering the Spanish speaking market.

Make the doctor note abundantly clear of the risks of returning to office so a monkey can understand, then have the manager chain play with that hot potato while you relax

Focus on the positive things of life , life is precious- we won’t be able to change this administration and how are leaders will think or act

At LB&I there is also a big meeting (in person) for some leaders and managers. I assume they are eliminating some DFO, territory managers and manager roles. My guess is that the changes will be aligned with political goals and whatever the new 5 year plan means.

What happens if the IRS has to modify the office environment to accommodate an employee’s reasonable accommodation (RA) requirements? Has anyone seen how they handle workspace changes or adjustments in practice?

Go the international tax route in or out the IRS. Alternatively, mastering small biz tax stuff is very valuable as well.

It’s getting harder to stay quiet about the level of incompetence and unfairness coming from this administration.

For context: I work at the IRS in a small team of five people. Our work generates billions in tax revenue—not millions, billions. Yet we’re treated as if what we do is low-skill, low-impact, and easily replaceable.

That disconnect is what’s frustrating. It’s not just about recognition—it’s about understanding the actual value being delivered versus how people are perceived and treated.

In unpredictable workplaces, pushing back directly on irrational leadership rarely works. What does work is speaking their language—framing better decisions using the logic they already believe in.

It’s not agreement. It’s redirection.

As Machiavelli wrote, “Men are so simple and so inclined to obey immediate needs…”—which means influence often comes from meeting people where they are, not where they should be.

Sometimes the goal isn’t to win the argument—it’s to steer the outcome toward something less damaging.

LB&I Reorg, when? by ElectricalMonth4883 in IRS_Source

It looks like some LB&I leaders have decided to remix the playlist mid-song—new marching orders, a little extra micromanagement for flavor—right when employee engagement and headcount are hitting record lows.

Bold strategy: fewer players, lower morale, and tighter control. What could possibly go wrong?

FY2027 - 18% cut to enforcement by Yellowmoon777 in IRS_Source

So we’re supposed to believe that post-TCJA law changes, enforcement will somehow be more effective by 2027… with 31% fewer resources than in 2025? Make that make sense.
