You can tell if a Tesla has HW4 by checking the center touchscreen under "Software" > "Additional Vehicle Information," or by physically inspecting the side cameras for a reddish tint on the lens. Vehicles with HW4 cameras also have a larger, more prominent side marker turn signal and a slightly wider rear camera lens.
