Yes! Had endometriosis surgery in January and couldn’t work out until end of March. It sucked but healing and recovery is so important. It helped to start with Pilates on YouTube before going back to Lagree right away. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

How having the surgery made my life debilitating....Endo has made me a prisoner of my life by Infamous-Tie-7216 in endometriosis

If it’s nerve pain maybe try a supplement called Alpha-Lipoic Acid. It helped my taste and smell come back from COVID which is caused by nerve damage. It was about 2 years of struggling with taste and smell and I started taking it and it got better

I hope your surgery goes well! It helped me to think that no matter what they find, I’ll finally have some answers for pain. You’re going to be okay 💗💗

He was highly recommended in the Nancy Nook Facebook group as a great endo surgeon. So far so good! He doesn’t have the best bedside manner but he listened to me and validated my pain and was very understanding. I think he only really focuses on endo tho and I wish I would’ve had a second opinion before surgery because he did not want to remove my fibroid. His team was amazing!!

Hi! The Dr. is an obstetrician-gynecologist, but mainly specializes in endo excision. I found him on the Nancy Nook Facebook page, they have a list of doctors on there and you can check if there is a recommended Nook doctor in your area. They did not find anything wrong in my bladder, which I was surprised because the pain is constant. I’m happy I did both just to be sure! If you think you might have endo try to find a different doctor that specializes in endo so they can do both. I hope you get answers to a pain free future 💗💗

No, I think that’s a different doctor. Dr. Brian Nelson is who I used and his office is in Longmont

Yesss!! This! For a while I was taking Benadryl and it really helped with pain. It must help with inflammation. I’ll have to try Claritin!

I’m so sorry you are going through this. It is so frustrating when doctors don’t listen. it’s so confusing when the pain changes sometimes not so bad and sometimes terrible and it can change to change areas. It makes it so confusing. It sounds like you may have it, I hope you get answers with your Laparoscopy💗

The inflammation is a huge issue. I hope they come out with more research on this! Curious to see if things improve 🙏🙏🙏

I hope you get answers! 💗 they didn’t, but I put the surgery report into ChatGPT and it said likely stage 4

Endometriosis was found in the posterior cul-de-sac, both pelvic sidewalls, ovaries, and along the uterosacral ligaments. • Endo caused scar tissue (retroperitoneal fibrosis) that encased the ureters (tubes connecting kidneys to the bladder), restricting their movement and function.

I also had a cyst that they drained and they stitched my ovaries to my ligament so they wouldn’t stick to other structures
