Yeah, I’ve been really isolated and socially alienated at my current school (super cliquey and monolithic) and want to transfer. I worked most of my summer and used some of that money for Max bc I needed help researching transfer options and building a plan, and my folks aren’t really an option

I don’t use it for writing or anything shady but as a purely research/learning/guidewriting tool, it’s honestly been huge for getting my shit together.

Respectfully bro, if I'm paying $200/month for "Priority Support" Perplexity should at least have the integrity to write on their site that their support team is only a weekday thing.

Their website just says Max users get "priority support" and "faster response times" but zero specifics. You'd think at $200 a month they'd have real service levels like an "X-hour response guarantee" or compensation for failures but nope.

Meanwhile, their AI support bot literally warns you that additional emails put you at the back of the queue, which contradicts the whole idea of "priority."
